Great pool for cooling off, but the air conditioning wasn’t the best.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us book a local trip to the Uffizi Gallery. The large terrace was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy the stunning view of Florence while our service dog was comfortably by our side.

Exploring the charming town nearby, complete with Roman ruins, added a unique touch to our stay. However, public transport options were limited late at night, making evening outings a bit challenging, and we found the swimming pool area to be a bit cool.

the bathroom was a bit small, but the free parking was very handy (especially in a busy city! ). also, the evening meals were exceptional, especially the ravioli. breakfast offered a great variety, even with fresh pastries.

The Junior Suite was comfy with a great city view. Lots of space, and it was super clean, which I loved. The bed was nice too—perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring. Just a heads up, the hairdryer was a bit weak, but overall, it was a good room vibe!
